EuroMundo

In November 2016, the EuroMundo trade fair held its first event in Lima in the Park of Friendship in the municipality of Santiago de Surco.
For this, the Chamber of Commerce and Culture of Belgium and Luxembourg was chosen to
be the first and, in the beginning, the only entity, at the time to have a stand, to inaugurate this trade fair and also to feature in the financing
 and management of the event with the company that would manage part of the organisation alongside it. 3 entities actively working on it, an events
management company, the municipality of Santiago de Surco and ourselves.

The question of the second event arose for 2017 and then the longevity of the event and even the creation of others where the presence of
Wallonia, Brussels, Belgium, Luxembourg and Europe demonstrates its proximity to Peru and South America, its population, its entrepreneurs and companies,
its artists, politicians, future, etc.  The first attendance requests from exhibitors are arriving. 

Indeed, we think that it is important to have a certain omnipresence in the country for Belgium, Brussels, Wallonia, our products, services, expertise, opportunities, offers, benefits and skills.
Before leaving the doors open to other Chambers, including firstly the Europeans to participate, we think it would be interesting to see the positioning potentially required (and with what resources and equipment) of our country and region(s). This question is asked of our authorities and institutions as well as our companies, entrepreneurs, artists, researchers and other craftsmen of our international future.
